Madinet Nasr for Housing & Development announces Service Station Land Rental to TOTAL Egypt

Madinet Nasr Housing & Development (EGX: MNHD.CA, "MNHD"), a leading urban developer in Egypt, announced today that the board of directors meeting held on the 3rd of November has accepted an offer from TOTAL Egypt to rent a land plot in SARAI on El Amal Road (main access from Suez Road to the New Administrative Capital) for a period of 25 years.

The 3,000 sqm plot will be part of a 7,000 sqm development where TOTAL Egypt will build and operate a flagship service station with its anchor convenient store concept "Bonjour" among other services, and MNHD will manage the adjacent commercial space.

"This is MNHD's first venture into a recurring income asset in SARAI," said Ahmed El Hitamy, CEO of MNHD, "and we are excited to team up with an industry leader such as TOTAL Egypt."

The deal is pending contract signing among other legal steps.

أعلنت اليوم شركة مدينة نصر للإسكان والتعمير (كود البورصة المصرية (MNHD.CA)، وهي شركة رائدة بمجال التطوير العقاري في مصر، أن مجلس إدارة الشركة قد وافق في اجتماعه بتاريخ 3 نوفمبر 2019 علي قبول العرض المقدم من شركة "توتال مصر" لاستئجار قطعة أرض بمدينة "سراي" علي طريق الأمل (المدخل الرئيسي من طريق السويس إلي العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة)، وذلك لمدة (25) عاما.

وقطعة الأرض البالغ مساحتها 3000 متر مربع ستكون جزءا من مساحة 7000 متر مربع تقوم الشركة بتطويرها، حيث ستقوم "توتال مصر" بإقامة وتشغيل محطة خدمة متميزة متضمنة خدمات سلسلة محلات "Bonjour" الشهيرة وغيرها من الخدمات، بينما تقوم شركة مدينة نصر للإسكان والتعمير باستغلال وإدارة المساحة المجاورة لمحطة الخدمة في أنشطة تجارية.   

وفي هذا السياق أوضح أحمد الهيتمي العضو المنتدب لشركة مدينة نصر للإسكان والتعمير، أن هذه الخطوة هي الإنطلاقة الأولي لشركة مدينة نصر في إقامة مشروعات عقارية تولد دخلا مستمرا للشركة بمدينة "سراي". وأضاف العضو المنتدب لشركة مدينة نصر "أننا نتطلع بحماس لهذه الشراكة مع شركة رائدة في قطاع الخدمات البترولية في مصر مثل "شركة توتال مصر".

هذا ولا تزال الصفقة محلا لاتمام إجراءات التعاقد وغيرها من الخطوات القانونية الأخري.
