Dividend Declaration
Mears Group PLC, the leading provider of services to the Housing sector in the UK, confirms that as stated in the Company's Final Results published on 26 March 2026, the board has proposed a final dividend in respect of FY25 of 11.90p per share, bringing the total for the full year to 17.50p, an increase of 9% (FY24: 16.00p).
The final dividend, which is subject to shareholders' approval at the AGM to be held on 3 June 2026, will be paid on 9 July 2026 to shareholders who are on the register of members at the close of business on 19 June 2026. The ex-dividend date is 18 June 2026.
