Notification and public disclosure of the vesting of RSU Awards to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
McBride plc (the "Company") confirms that on 27 February 2024, an award over ordinary shares in the Company granted on 25 February 2021 to Mark Strickland, Chief Financial Officer (the "Award") vested under the terms of the Company's 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan. The Award vested at the end of a three-year period and the number of ordinary shares vesting was 32,432 ordinary shares (the "Shares").
