Voting Rights
As at 22nd September 2010, (being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the Notice of the AGM), the Company's issued share capital consisted of 181,040,301 ordinary shares carrying one vote each. (This excludes 817,164 ordinary shares held as treasury shares, which carry no voting rights).
Therefore, the total number of McBride ordinary shares at that date with voting rights is 181,040,301.
