Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 11 October 2010 it transferred 322,628 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of exercising a performance based LTIP scheme.
The Company now holds 494,536 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,545,765 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
Dealing by a person discharging managerial responsibility
16,012 shares were awarded to Colin McIntyre and on 12 October he sold interests in 16,012 ordinary shares at a price of 180.626 pence each. The performance conditions are as published in the annual report and accounts for the three years ended 30 June 2010.
Following this exercise and sale Colin holds 14,691 ordinary shares of 10p each (0.008% of issued share capital) and has interests in 27,344 LTIPs.
Dealing by a person discharging managerial responsibility
20,495 shares were awarded to Thibaut Eissautier. Following this exercise Thibaut holds 30,495 ordinary shares of 10p each (0.017% of issued share capital) and has interests in 26,010 LTIPs.
