Liberty PLC01 February 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE1st February 2006 LIBERTY Plc: APPOINTMENT OF NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR Liberty Plc ("Liberty"), the Regent Street retail emporium, today announces theappointment of Crispin Mardon as Finance Director with effect from 31st March2006. Crispin Mardon is currently Liberty's Chief Financial Officer. His current directorships are:CPM Business Consultancy Limited - appointed May 1996Packjet Limited - appointed July 2004.His previous directorships held over the past five years are:Kurt Geiger Limited - appointed 1 May 2000 and resigned 27 Feb 2004Salvation Army Trading Company Limited - appointed December 2004 and resignedJune 2005.
