Completion of fifth tranche and share repurchase programme
20 March 2025: Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that the £300 million share repurchase programme announced on 19 September 2023, to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.
The fifth and final tranche of this programme was executed by Goldman Sachs International on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 17 January 2025), who purchased 30,314,971 shares for a total consideration of £75 million.
