Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
30 October 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 27 October 2023, share options were granted to Graham Bell, CEO B&Q UK and Ireland (a PDMR) to acquire ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company (the 'Shares') under the Kingfisher ShareSave Plan (the 'SAYE').
The option price is 177.00 pence (being the average of the closing price of the Shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange between 27 and 29 September), in accordance with the rules of the SAYE.
The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the notifiable transaction.
