KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that on 23 April 2026, awards were granted to PDMRs to acquire ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company (the 'Shares') under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'KPSP') and the KPSP French Free Share Sub Plan (the 'PSP French Sub Plan'), in accordance with the the applicable rules of each plan and the 2025 Directors' Remuneration Policy.
The awards are subject to continued employment and, where applicable, the achievement of performance conditions. The measures and targets that will apply to the awards subject to performance conditions are set out in the Company's 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts, which is available at www.kingfisher.com. Additional detail regarding the awards granted to Thierry Garnier and Bhavesh Mistry will be disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Report in the Company's 2026/27 Annual Report and Accounts.
The price per share used to calculate the number of Shares over which the awards have been granted is 300.2 pence (being the average of the closing price of the Company's Shares over the three trading days prior to the date of grant).
