Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been notified by Michael Del Mar, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, of the transfer by his spouse of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at nil cost to Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited on 19 January 2015. Following this transaction, Michael Del Mar, together with his family, has an unchanged beneficial interest in the Company of 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, representing 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital as at the date of this notice.
