Further to the announcement dated 9 January 2009, the Company is pleased to confirm that from Cancellation, WH Ireland Limited will provide a matched trading facility in the Company's Ordinary Shares for a minimum period of twelve months from Cancellation. Further details of the trading facility are on the Company's corporate website, www.itisholdings.plc.uk.
