ITIS Holdings PLC24 April 2007 PRE-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT ITIS Holdings plc ("ITIS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a pre-closetrading statement for the year ended 31st March 2007. The Company has demonstrated substantial growth in this last year and expects toreport results ahead of current market expectations. All areas of the UK business contributed to this strong performance whilst ourinternational activities are now developing successfully through a combinationof confirmed new projects and demand for the services we offer. We completedthe disposal of NavTrak Limited, our stolen vehicle tracking business at the endof March and are now focussed entirely on traffic data collection, aggregationand distribution. Through the combination of market leadership in the UK and considerable scopefor international growth, the Board is confident of reporting continued progressin the future.
