ITIS Holdings PLC06 December 2005 CONTRACT WITH MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION APPROVED BY MISSOURIHIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMISSION ITIS Holdings plc ("ITIS" or the "Company") announces today that it has receivednotification from its US partner, Delcan NET, that an agreed form contract hasbeen approved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation commission. This isto supply ITIS' Cellular Floating Vehicle Data to the Missouri Department ofTransportation on 5,400 miles of roadways. The contract, covering a two year period, renewable annually thereafter is for atotal of US$6.2 million (£3.6 million) and will be shared between ITIS andDelcan NET. ITIS does not expect to recognise any revenues from the contract inthe current financial year (ending 31 March 2006).
