IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators, announces that Ian Kershaw, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 13,600 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 102.94 pence per share.
Following the Transfer, Mr. Kershaw's beneficial interest in the Company is 51,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
