Result of Annual General Meeting
Ubisense Group Plc (AIM: UBI) reports that at the Annual General Meeting held today at the Company's offices in Cambridge, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed with the exception of Resolution 6, which was withdrawn by the Chairman at the start of the meeting and before votes were cast by those present.
