Iofina plc (AIM: IOF) announces that it received notification on 9 March 2022 that Lance J Baller, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 17.75 pence per share. Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.
Following the purchase, Mr. Baller holds 5,275,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.75 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares purchased represent 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
