Ingenta, a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, announces that, Jon Sheffield, CFO, purchased 13,872 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 October 2019 at a price of 72 pence. Following this purchase, Mr Sheffield holds 13,872 Ordinary Shares.
