The following statement was made by Martyn Rose, Chairman, at the AGM: 'Trading in the first quarter of 2005 shows progress over the comparative periodof 2004. Revenues have increased , and overhead costs have been reduced byover 30% resulting in progress towards the company's immediate goal of regularprofitable trading. Following the AGM, David Embleton, Non-Executive Director, has retired from theBoard having not sought re-election under the Company's Articles of Association,as a result of the increasing pressure of his other business commitments,including his position on the Board of a newly formed venture capital investmentcompany.
