Board Changes

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC) ("Inspiration Healthcare" or the "Company"), the global medical technology company today, announces that Mr Jonathan Ballard has stepped down from the role of Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. The Board has secured an experienced practitioner, who is currently acting as a consultant to the Company and who has significant prior knowledge of Inspiration Healthcare, to lead the finance team on an interim basis. Mr Ballard will remain with the Company during his notice period, to ensure an orderly transition whilst the Company recruits his permanent successor. The Board wishes to thank Mr Ballard for his hard work and dedication over the past five years.
