Ideal Shopping Direct plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 December 2010 it issued 20,000 new ordinary shares of 3p each in the Company. The new ordinary shares were issued to a participant in the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2000 who exercised their options under that scheme. The shares were issued at a price of 33.5 pence per share.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 15 December 2010.
Total Voting Rights
As a consequence of the issue of ordinary shares of the Company as detailed above, the Company's issued capital now comprises 34,323,391 ordinary shares of 3p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Ideal Shopping Direct plc is now 34,323,391.
The above figure of 34,323,391 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
