Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R the Company announces that on 29 April 2014 options were granted to three Directors over ordinary 6p shares ('Shares') in the Company under the Sharesave Scheme at a price of 545.6p per Share.
