Additional Listing
Application has today been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading, for a total of 12,409 ordinary shares of 1p each. It is expected that the hearing will take place on 15 December 2016 and that trading will commence on 16 December 2016.
These shares are being issued on the vesting of awards granted under the Company's Executive Bonus Plan 2011 and Annual Bonus Scheme 2012 as detailed in the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2016.
Following admission, the number of ordinary shares in issue will be 118,196,215, each carrying one voting right. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Helical plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
