Share Incentive Plan The Company was informed on 9 January 2008 that on that date, under the rules ofthe Helical Bar plc Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"), Helical Bar TrusteesLimited, using contributions to the Plan by directors and employees matched in a2:1 ratio by the Company, had awarded 7,909 ordinary 1p shares to directors andemployees at the closing mid-market price on 8 January 2008 of 320.0p.
