Helical Bar PLC26 March 2008 26 March 2008 HELICAL BAR PLC ("the Company") DIRECTORS' DEALINGS The Company announces share transactions by two directors today. In order that his current shareholding in the Company be transferred into hisSIPP account, Giles Weaver, Chairman, has today sold 96,250 ordinary shares of 1pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.1percent of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company ("IssuedShare Capital") at a price of 351.5 pence per ordinary share. Following thistransaction, Mr Weaver's SIPP fund purchased 96,250 ordinary shares at a priceof 351.5 pence per share (representing approximately 0.1 percent of the IssuedShare Capital). In order that his current shareholding in the Company be transferred into hisISA account, Antony Beevor, Non-executive Director has today sold 8,750 OrdinaryShares (representing 0.01 percent of the Issued Share Capital at a price of349.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Beevor's ISA purchased8,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 350.0 pence per share (representingapproximately 0.01 percent of the Issued Share Capital). Following these transactions, Mr Weaver's total shareholding in the Companyremains unchanged at 96,250 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1percent of the Issued Share Capital and Mr Beevor's total shareholding in theCompany remains unchanged at 8,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 percent ofthe Issued Share Capital.
