LONDON, 1 November 2009: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) notifies the market that as at 31 October 2009 its capital consists of 191,200,007 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure (191,200,007) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
