Director Dealings

The Company has been notified that Pinocelle S.A., a company controlled by Kenny Chen, a director of GruppeM, transferred 555,556 ordinary shares of 1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") for nil value on 28 February 2008.

Pinocelle S.A. is now interested in 79,944,444 Ordinary Shares in issue representing approximately 79.94% of the shares in issue.
