Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company") share buyback programme announcements released on 09 September 2024 until 20 September 2024 incorrectly stated the number of Ordinary Shares in issue in the Company.

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on Wednesday 8 May 2024.

 

Following settlement of the above transactions and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares including those announced on 23 September 2024 and 24 September 2024, Greencoat Renewables will have 1,114,683,585 Ordinary Shares in issue as at 24 September 2024. Greencoat Renewables holds nil ordinary shares in treasury.
