Board Changes
Gaming Realms plc (GMR.L), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, announces the following changes to the Company's directorships and board positions.
The company has continued to reshape its focus around core activities and the development of the game licensing business and has disposed of a number of non-core assets. In light of this, and the stability which it has brought to the Group, Michael Buckley has decided that now is the time to become Non-Executive Chairman with effect from July 1st, 2018.
In addition, both Atul Bali and Chris Bell have informed the Board they are not standing for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting due to additional professional commitments.
As a result of these changes, the Company will have three Executive Directors and three Non-Executive Directors.
