The Company received notification on 10th May 2010 from Mr J Morley that following the increase in the Company's issued share capital to 69,828,895 he has a total holding of 10,527,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 15.07 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
