Exercise of Options

Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, announces that options have been exercised by an employee over 16,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 8th February 2011.

Following admission, the Company will have 70,309,176 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.
