Exercise of Options
Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, announces that options have been exercised by employees over 15,609 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 8th March 2011.
Following admission, the Company will have 70,324 785 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.
