Exercise and Grant of Options and Director's Dealings

Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, announces that;

(1) On 6th December 2010 in accordance with the terms of the Company's 2010 Bonus Plan Roel Pieper was granted an option over 30,155 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options are granted at an exercise price of £1.86p and can be exercised in three equal parts subject to the achievement of time vesting conditions. Following this transaction Roel Pieper is interested in 1,257,895 options over Ordinary Shares and holds no Ordinary Shares in the Company.

(2) On 6th December 2010 Richard Webster, the Company's new Chief Financial Officer, was granted an option over 210,000 Ordinary Shares. The options were granted at an exercise price of £3.89 and can be exercised subject to the achievement of certain performance vesting conditions. Following this transaction Richard Webster is interested in 210,000 options over Ordinary Shares and holds no Ordinary Shares in the Company.

(3) Options have been exercised by a number of employees over 300,031 new Ordinary Shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 9th December 2010.

Following admission, the Company will have 70,293,176 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.

(4) The Company was informed on 6th December 2010 that Stuart Evans, a non executive director of the Company, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 645.8 pence per share on 6th December 2010. Following this transaction Stuart Evans is interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.042 % of the Company's issued share capital and 100,000 options over Ordinary Shares.
