Board Appointment
Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR) is delighted to announce that Ms. Anna Massion has joined its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director.
The Company believes that Ms. Massion will be a valuable addition to the Board, given her lengthy exposure to gaming during her career up to this time.
Ms. Massion is a finance professional with more than 15 years of expertise in the global gaming sector as an investor and investment advisor prior to her service as a Non-Executive Director. Ms. Massion currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on several boards including Playtech PLC, AGS, Artemis Strategic Investment Corp and BetMakers AU. Prior to serving in her current roles, Ms. Massion was a Senior Analyst for PAR Capital Management from 2014 to 2019. Ms. Massion has also served as a Director of Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Research at Hedgeye Risk Management, LLC, Vice President/Senior Research Analyst at Marathon Asset Management and at JP Morgan as Vice President on the Proprietary Trading Desk. Ms. Massion holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Gaming Realms intends to invite Ms Massion to join its Audit and Remuneration Committees.
