Director's Dealings
Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, was notified on 1st September 2011 by Bernard Bulkin, a director of the Company, that he had purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 219.65p per Ordinary Share on 1st September 2011. Mr Bulkin now holds 1,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 0.002 % of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC.
