Publication of Prospectus and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer of the PDX platform technology, announces that a prospectus dated 22 February 2012 relating to a 1 for 8 Rights Issue of 9,382,908 and Placing of 1,800,000 New PDX Shares at 100 pence per share has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at www.pdx.biz and at the offices of Bryan Cave, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7AJ.
The Company also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2011 and notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") will shortly be available on the Company's website; www.pdx.biz and will soon be posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Kingfisher Way, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon, PE29 6FL on 27 March 2012 at 11.00 am.
The Company also wishes to announce that Andy Quinn, Chairman of the Company, has given notice of his intention to retire from the position of Chairman. Mr Quinn intends to step down from the Board once a new permanent Chief Executive has been appointed and a successor to fill the role of Chairman has been identified.
