PDX today announces that CEO Roel Pieper has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons and he will return to his venture capital activities.
Β
Non-executive director Jeremy Pelczer, who joined the board in June 2011, has assumed the role of Interim CEO and will serve until a permanent CEO has been identified.

Chairman Andy Quinn commented: "Roel has contributed to the Company's development and we thank him for his contribution. We are grateful to Jeremy for stepping forward at this important time."

Jeremy is an experienced director who has held senior positions in engineering and industrial businesses including serving as CEO of RWE Thames Water and American Water. He is a non-executive Director of South Staffordshire Water and Chairman of Wateraid, a charity with the aim of enabling the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water and sanitation.

Jeremy Pelczer has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
