The Board is pleased to report continued strong growth in revenues and profit.It is confident that the Group's financial performance for the year ended 31December 2005 will meet market expectations. It will announce Preliminaryresults on Monday 24 April 2006. The Group is making good progress towards becoming a balanced, internationalspecialist staffing company. The operations in Japan and the USA (bothinvestments in start-ups made over the past 15 months) continue to perform aheadof expectations. The recent Australian acquisition, Monroe Consulting Group, hasintegrated well and offers the potential for operations in south-east Asia.Further possible start-ups and acquisitions in fast growing staffing marketsoverseas are being assessed. Meanwhile, the Group's good performance in its UKbusinesses in the closing months of 2005 has continued into 2006. Progress on the development of the business will be reported further with thePreliminary Results.
