Appointment of COO to strengthen the management team

Empresaria (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Rhona Driggs to its Board of Directors as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 5 November 2018. Ms. Driggs brings 28 years' experience of working in international companies within the staffing sector and has a proven track record of delivering growth and driving innovation.

Recognised as one of the Staffing Industry Analysts "Global Power 100 Women in Staffing", Ms. Driggs most recent role was President of Volt Global Solutions, with responsibility for the Managed Services division. Prior to that, Ms. Driggs was Executive Vice President for the commercial and technical staffing operations in North America where she ran a $1.2 billion staffing business. Having worked within the Volt Information Sciences group and prior to that Kelly Services, she brings in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and operating models from the largest staffing market in the world.

This role will strengthen the Board as the Group enters the next phase of its growth, helping to support and develop the brands across 21 countries to deliver the Group's strategy.
