Empresaria (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, announces that Spencer Wreford is stepping down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Empresaria Group plc, effective immediately. He has been with the Empresaria Group for ten years as CFO, COO, and during the last 12 months as CEO. We thank him for his contributions during his various roles in the Group and wish him well in his future endeavours.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rhona Driggs as Chief Executive Officer. Ms Driggs recently served as Empresaria Group's COO. Since joining the Group in November 2018 she has driven significant positive changes including initiating a more sector led divisional structure, a focus on organic growth and streamlining operations. Ms Driggs has over 28 years' experience of working in International companies within the staffing sector and has a proven track record of delivering growth and driving innovation. She has been recognised for the past three consecutive years, as one of the Staffing Industry Analysts "Global Power 150", a list of the Most Influential Women in Staffing.

Tim Anderson will continue as the Group Chief Financial Officer in an expanded role, with additional responsibilities for Group Strategic Development. He has been a great addition to the Empresaria Group, and will be instrumental in helping to shape the company, for future growth.

Commenting on her new role with the Group, Ms Driggs, said, "I have accepted the position of Empresaria Group CEO because I see tremendous potential in this company, our industry, and our employees. I look forward to leading our efforts to improve our financial and operational performance, execute our growth strategy, and enhance shareholder value."
