Sale of investments
29 March 2016 - Duke Royalty Limited ("Duke Royalty" or the "Company"), a public diversified royalty company (AIM: DUKE), today announces that it has sold its investment interests in ASX listed Ausgold Limited, ASX listed A-Cap Resources, TSX-V listed Maya Gold and Silver and TSX-V listed Revelo Resources via a number of on-market and OTC transactions for an aggregate cash consideration of approximately £830,000.
The funds raised from the disposals will be used to provide additional working capital as the Company progresses towards its inaugural royalty transaction as per the Company's announcement on 7 March 2016.
