Sovereign Mines of Africa PLC (AIM:SML), the gold mining exploration Company with properties in the Republic of Guinea in West Africa, received notification today that following the disposal of 29,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 8 & 9 October 2015, Duke Royalty Limited (previously Praetorian Resources Ltd) no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
