Name Change Effective
Further to its recent announcement regarding the change of name of the Company, the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey has confirmed the name change from Duke Royalty Limited to Duke Capital Limited. Accordingly, the change of name will take effect, and dealings under the new company name of Duke Capital Limited (AIM:DUKE), will commence from 8.00 a.m. on 22 February 2024.
The Company's TIDM (AIM: DUKE), ISIN (GG00BYZSSY63), SEDOL (BYZSSY6) and LEI (213800GUTKPSJ39SER44) numbers will remain unchanged.
