A very comfortable buy and hold
AGM coming up over the coming days and so a further 50% buy back on top of existing is on the cards: Flexipay going great too including US sale to come
Personally I think the climb will slow now we are getting over year highs. They’ll simply start finding more sellers. If the US exit delivers some £m, then I imagine that will be the catalyst for £1.
Quite the week here! The fundamentals are heavily set towards this continuing to march higher - they've so far completed just over 10% of the buyback, so still have around £22.5m to deploy. At present the quote is well above the advertised ask, with them wanting 68p for 30k shares. If the major shareholders value FCN at even half of what it IPO'd at (£4) then we are in for quite the ride.
This has got plenty of upside now, heading twoards +£1 and beyond
I think £1 will at least be achieved soonish....
Nice controlled break out to £3
Put them through in smaller batches and you get top end of range. Earlier I got 60.4 when range was 59.8-60.4. 21K was something like high 61.
63.4 now for only 25,000. T
Calmed down now. Hopefully it will hold at the 60p level prior to another jump on actual news. Hopefully that's come before the AGM.
Up 50% in 2 days on hard buying - Something cooking. Company might be forced to RNS
Picking up now
As it's so undervalued i wonder if the bidder is another big predator who will take the entire business as currently cheap and they see the significant underlying value. Offers £2 would be welcome
Yes, but catchups don't go at this pace.
Can’t buy a bean
Was trading around cash so I guess this is just a catch up?
A group bid makes sense for the larger PE houses and the like. The wider geographical exposure might be preferable to them.
Some news has clearly found it's way to people out there. No holding RNS today so it's not just Harwood.
As a result of the sharp incline, at some point, I'm pretty sure that management are compelled to issue an RNS if any material conversations are taking place. Can't really remember the rules.
Any offer would need to be north of £2. The company has £170m cash on the balance sheet
Im not sure what's going on here but you can sell shed loads above 60p. I just wonder if theres a predator circling here. Those that are considering buying the US business might have decided they better bidding for the group.
Could see £1+ this week
Starting to think there could be US disposal news soon?
Breaking out at last
Gaping up and breaking out. 63p is year high so watch it fly once we break that today
Looking for a decent breakout from here
63p is the 52 week high. We could see a major breakout this week if 63p goes!!! Roll on tomorrow
