Couldn’t agree more. Let’s see the buyback volume this week . Fingers crossed the seller is out now too
Cash alone is more than the mkt cap and so business in for free - ridiculously undervalued business and doesn't even reflect the almost quadrupled growthy in Flexipay which is going from strength to strength - i'm confident this disparity wont be around for long
There's no big buying volume that I can see?
think this one will require some really heavy buy backs or a positive RNS to get back to 50p
Should see a strong recovery from hereon
42.35 for 30,000 shares . Think seller is out
Blue finish and possibly a v big buy back thanks to daily volume increasing
Because the price is 42 ish on RSP so seller cleared by the look
Certainly looks that way, judging by the large trades
How do know that!
doing the exact opposite of what envisaged
Surprised at the price and what an opportunity - alot of large stock being moved around/changing hands
Think the seller is out. Wooosh time
No idea ... do you know what the LuM is in the US? Probably easiest to take that and build an assumption based upon x/million.
Someone seems to be selling into the buyback at the moment so once they finish, we should see a nice slow increase which will jump on announcement of US deal.
Any thoughts on likely value the US business will be sold for? We are still trading at cash which is ridiculous. The business is in for free at this share price.
Funding Circle
Full year numbers from Funding Circle impressed the market this morning too. Management note that despite losses growing last year, as from FY24 H2 the UK business will be profitable and that the prospect of selling its US arm remains very much on the table. The note added that the board considered the share price as undervalued so would initiate a share buyback of up to £25m.
There you go and as expected. Another 250,000 of buys today. MM playing a blinder for the company buy back programme. Onwards. Have a good weekend
I think you will find those "printed sells" have all been buys as FCH keeps buying back. RNS is usually after hours so lets see what they have bought today.
I bet some of those are buy backs as mm's have a habit of posting them to look like sells
Need some actually buyers. I make that 52 trades so far today and only 3 have been active buys.
Would like to see this break 50p today. Set us up nicely for next week and hopefully news on the US disposal. Environment for the SME market is changing for the better which should be good for FCH. Very bullish here sub 50p
On course for £2.5m of buybacks in 4 weeks
I think we can get over £1 sooner than September. We have so much going for us now - 1. Solid buy backs. 2. Good economy evolving setting a nice platform for SME's. 3. US non core disposal pending. 4. Flex Pay knocking it out the park. Total number of shares now below 360m , Mkt cap = cash at bank in hand. We should be over £1 now IMO
Solid buying that's for sure, it's just a matter of patience really, 250k shares a day / 5.5m shares a month will soon see off any sellers. Any guesses at the share price come end of September? With falling rates & an improving economy I'm hopeful we can get back towards £1
Buying in 250,000 at a time now. V V Nice
US disposal will propel this past £1. Buybacks kicking in nicely now too supporting a stepped move north. V bullish
49.3p was highest price paid today in the buy back. Going nicely
