("Duke Royalty" or the "Company")
Director share purchase
Neil Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Duke Royalty, informed the Company on 10 September 2015 that on that day he purchased 10,000 Duke Royalty ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per share via his family trust, the RBK&C Trust, of which he is a beneficial owner.
Following the purchase of these shares, Neil Johnson owns 400,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name, 500,000 Ordinary Shares through Abinvest Corporation and 10,000 Ordinary Shares through RBK&C Trust and is therefore interested in 910,000 Ordinary shares representing 11.93 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
