Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces that, after four years as Chief Financial Officer, Paraag Amin has informed the Board of his intention to step down as an Executive Director of the Company, effective as of 31 March 2022.

Mr Amin will work with Milan Patel, Chief Executive Officer, and the board of directors to ensure the presentation to shareholders of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2021, due to be released on 3 March 2022.

The Company has appointed Spencer Stuart to conduct a formal search process and a further announcement on this process will be made as appropriate.

George Kasparian, currently finance director at the Company, will assume the responsibilities of Mr Amin until a new Chief Financial Officer appointment has been made. Mr Kasparian is not a director of the Company, but is a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

Milan Patel, Chief Executive Officer of Dotdigital, commented:
