Proposed Final Dividend
dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that further to the Final results for the year ended 30 June 2014, the Company proposes a final dividend of 0.2 per share (2013 : 0.1p per share).
If approved at the Annual General Meeting on 16th December 2014, the dividend timetable will be as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date | 8 January 2015 |
Record Date | 9 January 2015 |
Expected Payment Date | 30 January 2015 |
