Distil plc ("the Group" or "Distil") (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands including Blavod Black Vodka, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, RedLeg Spiced Rum and Jago's Vanilla Cream Liqueur announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Group held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
