Significant order received from leading Australian Multiple Retailer and Distribution Agreement signed
Blavod Wines and Spirits plc (AIM:BES) the owner of premium drinks brands including Blavod Black Vodka, Blackwoods Gin and RedLeg Rum is pleased to announce that the major Australian multiple retailer Woolworths Ltd has placed a significant order for RedLeg Rum to be stocked across Australia and New Zealand in 450 stores as well as for sale through its 175 Dan Murphy liquor stores.
This is part of a three-year exclusive distribution agreement For RedLeg in the retail markets and ontrade.
Commenting today, Don Goulding, Executive Chairman of Blavod, said:

RedLeg is a premium rum, blended with spices. It is distilled in the Caribbean and then brought to the UK for bottling. The secret to the great tasting flavour is down to the blending. The rum is left to rest in old oak barrels and infused with Jamaican Vanilla and Ginger creating a very smooth tasting rum with a hint of sweet spice.
