Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC, NSYE: DEC) announces that on January 10, 2024, the Company delivered a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce (the "Committee") in response to a December 18, 2023, letter received from four members of the Committee, requesting information.
